Medicine Hat Toyota is looking to add to our team and are hiring a Sales Consultant for new and preowned vehicles. If you are a self-starter, with a willingness to learn and succeed in an environment that rewards greatness.

The Ideal Candidate:

We want someone who is incredibly likeable, with strong communications skills, a high confidence level, and outstanding customer service instincts. To succeed in this position, you MUST be striving for financial and personal success.

Position Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire vehicle purchase process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles and options that best suit them
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Develop recent business through prospecting, referrals and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the dealership CRM
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Financial Services to ensure a smooth purchase experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of Toyota product features
- Complete required sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Provide thorough vehicle deliveries and follow up with customers after their purchase

- Recent Business and or Marketing grads who want to start to kick start their career
- High performing servers or bartenders who like to compete with their co-workers for tips
- Front-facing hospitality staff that like to brag to their loved ones about the great service they provide their customers
- Trades people or apprentices who have outstanding work habits, and who have received rave reviews from their clients
- Any person who has ever been told they would be amazing at sales

Successful applicants will receive:

- A competitive pay plan that is built around rewarding success. An average sales consultant can earn $45 000 per year. A good sales consultant can earn $60,000-$70 000 per year. Top performers will earn $100 000+. We are not looking for average.

Applicants must have:

- A valid drivers license
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Provincial AMVIC license or willing to get

This is a commission-based position.

Previous Sales experience is not essential but would be considered an asset
