The Assistant Controller is a strategic partner to the Controller and a critical leader within TireHub's Finance organization, responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit activities. This role leads a team of accounting and accounts payable professionals and partners closely with executive leadership, Treasury, FP&A;, Tax, Operations, external auditors, and shareholder representatives. The right candidate is a hands-on leader who brings deep technical accounting expertise alongside strong leadership, communication, and business acumen. We are looking for a proven leader with public accounting experience and a track record of progressive responsibility in industry who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This position offers significant executive exposure and is viewed as a key succession role within TireHub's Finance organization. This position reports directly to the Controller.
