The job is easy to describe and hard to do: helping clients buy, sell and rent property in Dubai. You find them, win their trust, walk them through the market, and close their deals.

Why McCone

- With our AI-powered CRM and tools, current agents are closing deals within their first weeks
- 4.8 from 1,133 Google reviews — a name clients already trust

- A two-week academy with a UK-certified trainer, then a mentor with 15+ years in Dubai property
- Your RERA licence and private health insurance paid for
- Premium Property Finder listings and a marketing team behind you

The honest part

Our average agent earned US$112,000 last year, tax free — the US$2.9 million is our best, not our typical. Commission only means no salary, so bring around six months of savings to see you through the first deals.

What You Will Need

- Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
- Hunger and dedication
- Discipline — you are building your own business here

Bring the hunger; we bring the training, the leads and the licence. Apply — we read every application.
