The LCBO is seeking friendly individuals who can deliver exceptional service during the busy holiday season across Ontario. You will help customers using the POS system, manage inventory, and ensure the store is organized and welcoming. With online training provided, you’ll develop your customer service skills and product knowledge in wines and spirits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers at the POS with care and efficiency
• Participate in donation campaigns for sustainability
• Replenish stock and organize store displays
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Lift and handle inventory up to 40 lbs/18 kg
Requirements:
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• At least 18 years old
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
