RioCan is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee daily site operations, ensuring a clean and safe workplace for tenants, customers, contractors and employees. The role includes on-call emergencies and a schedule that covers mid-day shifts midweek through the weekend.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work, and BES I & II certification or progress toward it. On-call availability is required.
