The Senior Microsoft 365 Developer designs, develops, and supports Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, information management, and business processes across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 technologies while providing technical expertise, solution design, and ongoing support.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
Design, develop,
and maintain SharePoint Online sites, hubs, libraries, lists, forms, and modern collaboration solutions
Build and support Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Graph, Viva, and adaptive cards
Develop information architecture, governance, metadata, retention, and search solutions to improve content management and discoverability
Lead content migration projects from network drives, legacy SharePoint environments, and other repositories while ensuring governance and compliance standards are met
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues, support service requests, integrate business applications, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
5-8+ years of Microsoft 365 experience and 3-5+ years of SharePoint Online administration and development experience
Proven experience designing and implementing information architecture, metadata management, governance, and content migration strategies
Strong technical expertise with SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell, ShareGate, PnP Modern Search, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Purview
