AgeCare Ltd. is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to deliver skilled nursing care to residents in Burlington, Canada.
You will work with the Registered Nurse to support Personal Support Workers, coordinate with physicians, and ensure resident care needs are met. You will bring geriatric or long-term care nursing experience, knowledge of applicable regulations, and a Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
