Inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in accordance with CAN/ULC-S536 and applicable fire codes; document deficiencies and corrective actions.
Verify and commission newly installed fire alarm systems (including associated panels); complete verification reports and program addressable systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on fire alarm, fire suppression, and emergency lighting systems.
Maintain accurate, code-compliant records of inspections, testing, impairments, and repairs in line with Levitt ISO standards.
Coordinate subcontractors and support project execution in collaboration with design and project management teams.
Participate in after-hours and on-call rotation as required.
Contribute to Health & Safety initiatives, including JHAs and Secure Work Practices.
