As a storyteller, you will host tasters, manage tasting stations, and oversee product displays while ensuring top-notch food safety practices. Engage customers with product knowledge and help them discover Italy's culinary treasures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Host tasting sessions at dedicated stations for customers
• Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of tastings
• Manage tasting supplies and minimize waste




• Work towards sales targets by converting samples into purchases
• Educate customers on product pairings and traditions
Requirements:
• Warm and engaging communication style
• Knowledge of Italian ingredients and traditions preferred
• Confident in product explanation and recommendations
• Experience in a retail hospitality setting
• Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends
