About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead product development initiatives from a remote capacity. This role is integral to guiding new products from conceptualization through market launch, ensuring alignment with strategic vision, market demands, and business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, fostering collaboration and driving innovation in a distributed environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, strong leadership qualities, and exceptional communication skills, enabling them to orchestrate complex projects and deliver successful products remotely. Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire lifecycle of product development projects, from ideation, research, and design to development, testing, launch, and post-launch analysis. Define product roadmaps, project plans, key milestones, and resource requirements in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders. Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and accountability across different departments and time zones. Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies,



and resolve issues to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and development decisions. Oversee project budgets and ensure products are launched within financial parameters. Requirements

Extensive experience as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on product development and recent product introductions. Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products in competitive markets. Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, commonly used in software and hardware development. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, crucial for remote team collaboration. Experience with product management tools and project management software. A relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Benefits
