• Monitor city infrastructure needs via a 10-year capital forecast • Formulate proposals and request engineering consultants • Evaluate tenders and public procurements for projects • Review engineering designs and documentation for compliance • Prepare corporate correspondence and council reports

Requirements: • University Degree in Civil Engineering required • Qualified Engineer certification and ten years experience • Five years of supervisory experience in municipal engineering • Robust interpersonal and communication skills needed • Proven ability to manage staff in a unionized setting
