Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operation of the long-term care home

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• 5 years in a leadership role with strong management skills
• Knowledge of provincial care standards and legislation
• Experience in dementia care and technology proficiency
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
