As the Manager of Internal Controls, your role will focus on expanding our ICFR program while upholding regulatory obligations. You will collaborate with the Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams, ensuring the controls workplace remains secure and productive. This high-ownership position requires hands-on skills in documentation, testing processes, and designing effective controls.

Key Responsibilities:



• Shape controls for existing processes within the Finance team • Design control frameworks for launching new financial products • Collaborate with external advisors to enhance the ICFR program • Maintain up-to-date narratives, RCMs, and flowcharts • Direct and plan walkthroughs and testing based on the annual ICFR plan

Requirements: • Experience managing internal controls and compliance functions • Solid understanding of financial reporting and risk mitigation • Ability to work collaboratively across departments • Excellent documentation and communication skills • Hands-on experience with control testing and monitoring
