Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide assertive outreach interventions for Indigenous youth
Maintain supportive relationships with clients and their families
Participate in case conferences for continuity of care
Implement Indigenous Cultural Safety policies in service delivery
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Three years of experience with Indigenous children/youth
Eligibility for relevant skilled registration
Valid BC Driver's License for local travel
Indigenous ancestry relevant to the role
