Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead its accounting function and oversee a team of accounting professionals.Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position is responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, month-end and year-end activities, audit coordination, budgeting support, and the ongoing development of accounting processes and systems.This role offers a unique blend of hands-on accounting, leadership responsibility, and business partnership within a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionalsOversee the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial analysesMaintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial reporting systemsCoordinate internal and external audit requirementsEstablish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesAnalyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadershipIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation,
