The Field Service Engineer supports customers globally and reports to the Manager, Field Service Operations. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for aspects of deployments, maintenance, and support of CoolIT products in the field, ensuring all work meets internal quality expectations and industry standards. Over time, this role offers the chance to develop into a Project Engineer position, where the individual will take on expanded, project focused roles and responsibilities, including managing complex projects, designing customized solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and product innovation.
