Full training is provided; prior sushi experience is not required.Prepare sushi and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain accurate logs.Track daily production and assist in kitchen operations.Receive, check, and organize inventory, and assist with ordering.Work closely with store staff and management to ensure smooth sushi bar operations.Use Bento operations tools to update production, inventory,
