In this part-time position, you'll work up to 29 hours weekly under the Operations Manager. It involves driving established routes to collect gently used clothing and household items from donors and transporting them to designated partners. Key skills include organization, safe vehicle operation, and effective communication with the public.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect donations from households and bins
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Submit required documentation and logs daily
• Check in with dispatch at scheduled times
• Ensure only authorized personnel are onboard
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent experience
• Valid Full Class 5 or G license required
• Minimum of 5 years driving experience
• Clean driver abstract with no recent violations
• Ability to handle loads between 10-50 lbs
