This full time, permanent role focuses on securing grain supplies for P&H;’s domestic and export needs. As a key player in the Grain & Crop Inputs Division, you'll leverage your sales experience, exceptional negotiation skills, and robust customer service ability.

Your work will directly impact grain sourcing, driving successful business outcomes and fostering productive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospects with key grain producers and dealers
Negotiate grain procurement contracts efficiently




Serve as the main contact for grain purchasing and delivery
Collect and review grain samples through direct meetings
Update producers on timely market information

Requirements:
Post-secondary education is a plus
Sales experience in the grain industry preferred
Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
Capacity to meet sales targets and travel
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
