Join Work Authority as an E-Commerce Replenishment Specialist in Cambridge, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on processing online orders while maintaining organization in the warehouse.
In this one-year contract position, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to accuracy in order processing and timely fulfillment of customer needs. Your experience in e-commerce order processing and shipping will be essential as you manage Shopify orders in Chain Drive.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter Shopify orders into Chain Drive accurately
Assist with order picking and timely fulfillment
Support receiving operations by unpacking and sorting
Process customer returns according to guidelines
Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies
Requirements:
Experience in order processing and shipping
Comfortable using technology and learning recent systems
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
