Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual merit and SEIP cycle coordination
Configure and maintain Success Factors compensation tools
Validate compensation data in SAP and offline tools
Support communication materials for compensation processes
Conduct market pricing and benchmark reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration
Minimum 5+ years in compensation roles
Working toward CCP designation preferred
Solid analytical and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
