Fix One is looking for a Tech Sales specialist to work with homeowners and businesses who reach out to us about repairs, installations and service work across Ontario.

You’ll be the first real conversation a customer has with us: understanding what they need, explaining what we can do, and turning enquiries into booked jobs.

- Handle inbound calls, form submissions and online enquiries
- Understand the customer's problem and recommend the right service
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and estimates
- Book jobs and coordinate scheduling with the dispatch team
- Keep the CRM accurate with notes, statuses and next steps
- Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction
- Work with marketing on campaign feedback and lead quality
- Meet activity and conversion targets agreed with your manager
- Experience in sales, call-centre or customer-facing roles
- Confident and clear on the phone
- Strong spoken and written English




- Comfortable working in a CRM and keeping records tidy
- Organised, dependable and able to manage a busy queue
- Ability to explain technical services in plain language
- Experience in home services, trades or field service is an asset
