As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will guide employees in leading Kaizen events and problem-solving initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping
Build front-line employee problem-solving capability
Strengthen tiered management and performance monitoring
Drive standard operating systems and coaching practices
Implement Lean tools and sustain continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
5+ years leading continuous improvement in manufacturing
Experience in Lean and problem-solving coaching
Robust facilitation and communication skills
Manufacturing experience, particularly in precision machining
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related fields
Lead Lean initiatives and foster a culture of engagement and ownership at Trimaster.
