This is a pivotal position, requiring someone with over five years of experience in rigging using the Maya pipeline. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring smooth workflows while addressing complex asset challenges. Your understanding of anatomy and passion for elevating character performance will drive the creation of high-quality animations.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and revise complex character and prop rigs
Provide training and guidance to the rigging team
Troubleshoot technical issues throughout production
Research and recommend current rigging techniques
Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality performance

Requirements:
5+ years of production experience in rigging
Robust knowledge of Linux and Python
Deep understanding of anatomy and mechanics
Empathetic leadership and problem-solving skills
Eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada
