Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of commercial insurance policies, including quoting, issuing, and servicing clients
Liaise regularly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with underwriters and insurance providers to secure appropriate coverage
Prepare and present proposals, renewal notices, and policy documentation
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on service needs
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or brokerage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities in a quick-paced environment
Knowledge of industries such as construction, oil & gas, or skilled services is an asset
Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
