Your leadership will focus on developing university-wide strategies to remove barriers for post-secondary education and ensure compliance in accessibility and testing services. This role is crucial for fostering partnerships across faculty, community organizations, and government bodies to enhance the university's commitment to equality.
Key Responsibilities:



- Oversee Accessibility Services and Assessment & Testing Services - Develop strategies to promote substantive equality for students - Ensure compliance with accommodation duties across campuses - Lead partnerships to strengthen accountability and enhance services - Manage complex student needs and associated resources
Requirements: - Master’s Degree in a related field - 7 years' relevant post-secondary services experience - 5 years' management experience in a postsecondary setting - Familiarity with medical/psychological documentation - Proven expertise in project management and strategic planning
