Stantec is seeking a motivated Team Lead for the Assessment & Permitting discipline within Environmental Services. You will report to the Senior Team Lead and help grow the business through recruitment, retention and staff development across Prairie and Territories offices.
You will manage 6-12 A&P; professionals, align team performance with the strategic plan, and collaborate with leadership, safety, and HR to ensure training and targets are met. Hybrid in-office presence expected.
