As a Processing Manager, you'll report directly to the Operations Manager and supervise a production team of 40-55 employees across multiple shifts. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations or a related field, you should have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environments. Your role involves improving processing workflows, ensuring safety standards are met, and fostering competent staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise hot wheel processing and inspection activities
• Plan and coordinate maintenance work to avoid production delays
• Monitor production to meet quality and AAR specifications
• Schedule personnel for optimal manpower utilization
• Enforce company rules and resolve employee complaints
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations or related discipline
• 3-5 years manufacturing supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Non Destructive Testing and Quality Control
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage safety protocols and training
