Join a long-term value creation initiative within a banking environment supporting important transformation work for TDS. This role leads 2 to 3 scrum teams in a scaled agile software development context, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing impediments, and supporting team delivery. The position offers visibility across multiple agile teams and stakeholders within a complex enterprise setting.
Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 2 days onsite currently, but could change in the future

Must Haves
5+ years operating as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment
5+ years in a software development context
Proficiency with Jira
Hands-on delivery of Scaled Agile ceremonies and concepts
Nice to Have
Familiarity with agile systems such as Kanban
Experience with systems or design thinking
Scrum Master certification or SAFe Agile certification
Responsibilities
Lead 2 to 3 scrum teams supporting the TDS value creation plan
Facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate ceremony logistics
Identify and manage impediments impacting team delivery
Champion agile practices and Scaled Agile methodology
Ensure work is tracked and acknowledged within the Product Backlog
Protect teams from outside distractions impacting delivery
Support stakeholders working within Scaled Agile processes
