MTIE in Labrador seeks a School Counsellor to support students across Kindergarten to Grade 12. You will work with administration, teachers, and families to promote wellbeing, resilience, and positive engagement while integrating Innu culture into counselling approaches.
You will conduct assessments, plan academic and career pathways, handle crisis response, and coordinate referrals with external services in a collaborative, culturally competent workplace.
