Senior Accountant📍 Mississauga, ON (100% Onsite)Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team and play a key role in financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, and business partnering. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA or CPA-track professional looking to make an impact in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.What You'll DoOwn fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, and physical inventory reviews.Manage lease accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Lead reporting, forecasting, and analysis for capital assets and CapEx.Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.Support audit, tax, and sales tax compliance activities for Canadian entities.Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support key business decisions.Collaborate with Accounting, AP, AR, and FP& A teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.Drive process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives across finance.What We're Looking ForCPA designation or later stages CPA requiredStrong experience in financial reporting, fixed assets, and lease accountingAdvanced Excel and analytical skillsExperience with larger ERP systems is required,Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join?Broad exposure across accounting, reporting, audit, tax,
