Ensure a clean and welcoming environment as a Facility Ops Team Member at Life Time. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the club’s cleanliness and standards.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep of both indoor and outdoor areas of the club. You will wash, fold, and stock towels, ensuring that locker rooms are tidy and reflect Life Time's standards. Interacting with members, you will address inquiries regarding services and products, along with managing cleaning supplies within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily maintenance to uphold club cleanliness
• Wash and stock member towels efficiently
• Maintain neatness and order in locker rooms
• Ensure proper use of cleaning products per budget
• Respond to member inquiries related to club policies
Requirements:
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. regularly
• Capability to remain stationary and move around for long periods
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
