In the farewell season at Scotiabank Saddledome, we are looking for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd cooks to enhance our culinary offerings. You will assist in preparing diverse food items and maintain our high standards of food quality and safety. This role thrives in fast-paced environments, fostering team-oriented teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold food items for diverse events
• Assist in food preparation across kitchens and special events
• Ensure proper food storage and inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment
• Communicate effectively within the culinary team

Requirements:
• Experience as a cook in culinary environments
• 1st Cook: 5+ years preferred; 2nd Cook: 3+ years preferred
• Basic Food Safety Certification required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
