Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic analytics initiatives on risk segmentation and pricing
• Solve complex business issues with advanced statistical methods
• Develop frameworks for informed decision making
• Partner with teams across Pricing, Product, and Data Science
• Present findings to senior leaders, translating analytics into actions
Requirements:
• University degree in Actuarial Science or related field
• ACAS designation preferred; FCAS is an asset
• 6+ years of P&C; actuarial experience
• Robust programming skills in Python, R, or SQL
• Proven ability to influence decision-making
