This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to develop pricing strategies, uncover opportunities, and support profitable growth.

Location: Hybrid (Monday to Thursday in office, Friday remote)
Available office locations:
As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you'll combine business insight, financial analysis, and strategic thinking to make pricing recommendations that support company growth and profitability.
Analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify pricing opportunities and trends.
Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to implement pricing initiatives and customer price proposals.
Analyze profitability for existing customers, services, and routes.
Investigate pricing, and service data to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable way to business leaders and stakeholders.
A natural problem solver who enjoys digging into data, developing insights, and implementing solutions.
Curious and eager to learn new systems, tools, and business concepts.
Comfortable working with large amounts of data and translating findings into business recommendations.
Able to balance analytical thinking with practical business decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics,



Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

High School Diploma/GED and equivalent relevant work experience.
Ability to work with financial and operational data to support business decisions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong business acumen

Experience in pricing, financial analysis, business analysis, revenue management, or a similar analytical role.
Experience analyzing financial, statistical, or operational data.
Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools.
Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Bilingual French and English is considered an asset.

Normal setting for this job is: office setting. Hybrid role - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays from office and Fridays from home.
The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus.
