With over 15 years in construction, you will prepare bids, negotiate with subcontractors, and oversee project execution. Collaborating closely with project managers, you will ensure that objectives regarding quality, deadlines, and cost are met. Your leadership will ensure adherence to safety standards and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare competitive bids and oversee project execution • Negotiate subcontract agreements and manage relationships • Verify quality and safety standards across all projects • Collaborate for effective financial and project management • Mentor staff and evaluate personnel as needed

Requirements: • University degree/diploma in Engineering required • Over 15 years in construction, including civil experience • Proven track record with large-scale projects • Solid financial management and leadership skills • Bilingual in French and English is a plus
