In this role, you will be part of The Fertility Partners' Legal team, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial matters and provide critical legal support for employment issues. Your expertise in negotiating contracts, coupled with your ability to deliver practical legal advice, will empower business leaders to navigate complex legal landscapes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts
• Advise on employment agreements and workplace investigations




• Assess and manage legal risks and disputes
• Collaborate with Human Resources on legal frameworks
• Support recent business initiatives and partnerships

Requirements:
• Law degree and membership with Law Society of Ontario
• 3-5 years of post-call legal experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience with healthcare agreements is beneficial
• Proficiency in French is an asset
