As the Organizational Change Management Lead, reporting to the Manager of HR Technology & Analytics, you will spearhead the end-to-end change strategy for the enterprise-wide implementation of UKG Pro WFM. The position requires a strong focus on communication, training development, and readiness assessments while working closely with HR, Payroll, and IT departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop change management strategies aligned with HR initiatives.
• Conduct organizational impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Create and deliver effective communication materials and training.




• Monitor adoption metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate on post-implementation activities for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:
• University Degree in HR or related discipline.
• 5+ years of organizational change management experience.
• Familiarity with large-scale transformations in municipal settings.
• Solid skills in communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, preferably Prosci.
