TDW is looking for a Laborer/Welders Helper with a focus on assisting in the manufacturing shop and installation of PETRO SLEEVE. Your responsibilities will include aiding welders, loading and unloading equipment, and maintaining a clean work workplace. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, safety, and quality workmanship in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist welders with daily fabrication tasks
• Load, unload, and lift supplies and equipment
• Support construction and installation projects from start to finish
• Clean and organize the shop and work areas
• Perform additional duties as necessary

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Vocational Certification preferred
• Two years in mechanical component maintenance
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License needed
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
