You will oversee financial operations professionals and collaborate across various departments to ensure effective execution of private market activities. This position blends leadership with operational management, focusing on documentation, stakeholder partnerships, and scalable processes for CC&L; affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of financial operations professionals
• Oversee private-market client onboarding and capital activities




• Manage operational controls during critical business cycles
• Investigate and resolve workflow exceptions and impacts
• Establish structured governance with internal and external partners

Requirements:
• 7-10 years in asset or wealth management operations
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and team development
• Solid understanding of private-market operations and processes
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and establish clear plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related operational tools
