In this role, you'll engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model and help them find what they love, all while embodying our brand values. You'll flexibly work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom, ensuring every guest leaves informed and happy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program
• Flexibly assist in various store zones as needed
• Innovatively resolve guest concerns while following policies
Requirements:
• Passion for interacting with customers
• Retail experience preferred
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Age 16 or older
• Energetic and multi-tasking individual
