- Support production and non-production environments to ensure stability and business continuity
- Monitor business-critical applications and services supporting global end users
- Coordinate incident response and problem resolution activities
- Manage access controls, security policies, and compliance requirements across cloud platforms
- Support platform improvements to minimize business disruption

Must Haves

- 7+ years managing Azure , AWS , and Google Workspace environments
- Administration of Azure Virtual Machines , Azure Networking, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery
- Support of Azure Monitor , Log Analytics , Azure Policy, and Key Vault
- Management of access controls , security policies , and compliance requirements across cloud platforms

Nice to Have

- Support of Azure SQL and App Services
- Experience supporting production and non-production environments
- Exposure to business-critical applications serving global end users
