Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and care, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients for efficient meal service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Serve food to guests promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service during meal service.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in all aspects of food production.
- Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supplies needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
