• Manage rezoning, DP, and BP processes efficiently
• Coordinate consultant responses to RFIs during construction
• Ensure SIs are managed on time for project success




• Support construction team in assessing change orders

Requirements:
• Approximately 5 years in real estate development
• 2 years as a Development Manager preferred
• Metro Vancouver municipal approvals experience required
• Experience managing consultants through construction
