Seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer with 10+ years of aerospace experience in flight deck design, cognitive ergonomics, HMI/UX, and human-machine interface evaluation.
Robust expertise in requirements analysis, task and human-error analysis, prototyping, simulation, usability testing, and scenario-based cockpit evaluations.
Experience with flight operations, aircraft systems, certification requirements (1302), and aerospace standards such as MIL-STD, SAE ARP, and ARINC is required.
Excellent technical documentation, communication, experimentation, validation/verification and cross-functional collaboration skills; Engineering/Science and Cognitive Ergonomics/Psychology background preferred.
