• Own and execute IC layout blocks from schematic to tapeout

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred
• 7+ years expertise in CMOS/BiCMOS/SiGe technology
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso or Keysight ADS
• Experience in high-speed circuit layout
