Our client, MDA is seeking an Architect – Flight Software to join their team. As an Architect – Flight Software, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, development and technical leadership of complex embedded flight software for space applications, including satellite systems and On-Board Computers (OBC).

What’s the Job?
Define and develop software architecture for embedded flight software and satellite systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and design software architectures for space applications.
Design, develop and implement embedded flight software using C and C++.
Develop software for On-Board Computer (OBC) and other embedded flight platforms.
Work with real-time operating systems (RTOS), including RTEMS.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in embedded software development, with significant experience in software architecture.
