Caledon Meals on Wheels (CMOW) is in search of an experienced Executive Director adept at aligning strategy with daily operations. This role requires a commitment to client-centered service and robust financial management to enhance organizational sustainability. Work closely with the Board of Directors to foster community partnerships and meet evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct strategic planning alongside the Board of Directors • Oversee financial performance and lead budgeting processes • Engage and support a diverse team of employees and volunteers • Cultivate strong community relationships and stakeholder advocacy • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
