Lead the production team at WITRON Service Canada in East Gwillimbury. This role focuses on operational excellence, data analysis, and customer support across shifts.

As a Production Superintendent reporting to the Production Manager, you will take charge of operational effectiveness by overseeing production, coaching the team, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll provide leadership for all shifts in our automated facility and will be instrumental in achieving and maintaining exceptional customer service levels through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize production operations across all shifts
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Support departmental excellence through regular process reviews




• Communicate effectively with customers regarding operations
• Train and develop production staff in new techniques

Requirements:
• University Degree in Engineering or related field
• Five years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
