Manage comprehensive facility operations as a Centralized Supervisor at the County of Simcoe. This role oversees maintenance programs and ensures optimal service delivery across long-term care locations.
In this full-time, permanent position, you'll report to the Manager of Maintenance & Facilities. Your responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance programs, managing vendors, asset management, and providing operational support for seniors' services. Collaborating with external contractors and leading initiatives will be critical to achieving effective service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor maintenance and facilities operations at all County homes
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for building systems
• Coordinate procurement and manage vendor relationships
• Lead special projects and emergency responses
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in related engineering technology
• Minimum three years' experience in maintenance roles
• Strong supervisory skills and experience with employment policies
• Knowledge of safety regulations and facility standards
• Valid G Class Driver’s License
